Underbukser

54 i nogle butikker.

Her er f.eks.

I know this might seem like a super-strange post. But it's kind of amazing how many of us deny ourselves properly fitting underwear. This happens for a variety of reasons. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 😔 Maybe we're having a hard time coming to grips with our size and it's hard to buy new clothes in general. 😡 Maybe we're trying to penalize ourselves for being bigger than we feel we "should" be. 🌈 Maybe we're still hoping that we'll lose weight "soon". 💵 Maybe we're not sure where our body is going to end up and we don't want to invest money if our body's going to keep changing. Or maybe we just don't have the money to invest, period. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Undies are something we wear everyday (typically at least 😉) and they actually have a huge impact on our comfort in our bodies. And our comfort in our bodies can have a huge impact on how we feel about our bodies on any given day. Ill-fitting undies and the comfort they cause can stimulate negative body thoughts where they didn't previously exist. So if you have the funds, consider treating yourself to some undies that actually fit your bod as it is right now. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ There are lots of options of where to buy, including: @smart_glamour (sizes up 15X and beyond with custom orders) @kade_vos (sizes up to 44-46 and beyond with custom orders) - Dry Apron (dryapron.com) with an extra panel to fit under belly aprons (up to 82" at widest part of belly) @universalstandard (up to size 40) @lanebryant (up to size 28) @womanwithin (up to 77" hip) @torrid (up to 6X) @tomboyx (specifically gender-neutral; sizes only up to 4X) @oona_owl (up to 5X) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Think about whether it's going to feel more comfy to have your undies come under your belly or whether you like them to cover your belly. And although I haven't tried it myself, I've often heard that if your belly is bigger than your butt, switching the undies back-to-front can be a game-changer! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Where are your favorite size-inclusive places to buy undies, especially affordable ones?
